This is what went on with the 2nd army Lieutenant who was stopped by the police. At least one police officer was fired.
The army lieutenant pulled rank and refused to do what the officers told him to do.
Later he said he was afraid to get out and the officer misspoke, “you should be.” Then the. officer corrected it.
It doesn’t sound like he was afraid in the video. The Lieutenant escalated the situation and does not have the right to refuse to get out.
The officers de-escalated and the Lt. still refused to cooperate.
